We are looking for TCG businesses, anime stalls, Japanese keepsakes and all things pop culture!

A range of options are available to suit your stall requirements. Our aim is to showcase all vendors as best we can ensuring that everyone is on display equally with as much foot traffic as possible.

* Bump in 16 of January 2026 - 11am - 2pm.

* Event Day 17 of January 2026

* Event Day vendors to arrive at 8am (ready for the doors to open at 9am)

* Event Day Bump Out 4:30pm - 6pm

Please note: The Perth Convention + Exhibition Centre is a secure venue and after bump in the pavilion will be locked and everything will be secure for the next day.

We want to make this event fun for everyone a true celebration of all things Pokémon, TCG, Anime and Japanese pop culture!

We are offering three different stall sizes, depending on your needs we can discuss other options available to you. Each option comes with a Corflute fascia sign 220H x 2000W per 3 x 2m.

Option 1: Bring your own 1 x (3m x 2m ) space $225 plus GST space only you need to bring your own table/stall and chairs.

Option 2: 1 x (3m x 2m) trestles $350 plus GST includes walls, facia signs, trestle table, chair and black table cloth.

Option 3: 2 x (3m x 2m) trestles $675 plus GST includes walls, facia signs, trestle table, chair and black table cloth.

Option 4: 3 x (3m x 2m) trestles $975 plus GST includes walls, facia signs, trestle table, chair and black table cloth.

Each vendor will receive two entry tickets. If additional staff are required, please include them in your total guest count.

StackFest is all about creating a fun, vibrant, and energetic experience for everyone — especially our vendors! We’ll be on-site all day during bump-in and right until bump-out to lend a hand and make sure everything runs smoothly.

The Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre provides onsite security, and team members will be available during bump-in and bump-out times to assist if needed. Additional security will also be present on event day for support.
